Description of business

I am a healthcare navigator in private practice, specializing in providing support and resources for people who have a loved one living with Alzheimer's Disease, other dementias, or chronic illness. My target audience(s) are primarily Baby Boomers as well as elders who make their own healthcare decisions. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I create a safe container where my client can discuss concerns about the person afflicted, and take steps to not only address those needs but to practice good self care as well.

File uploaded is a draft of a business card, needing several changes. Font is too light and sub headings too small, should probably be at least 8 pt. The "road" needs to be more pleasing and attractive and should convey the idea that eventually, things do smooth out. Or, another idea is to use an image that elicits a feeling of empathy, calm, compassion, safety, knowledge, inspiration. It could be smaller and play between the name of the company and my contact information.
