Crossfit is fitness training at another level. Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Cardio work are a few of the areas we deal with. Our specialty is we do not specialize! It's more than a gym, it's a lifestyle. Community is very important. Some equipment and exercises that we use; Still Rings, kettlebells, olympic weightlifting bars, Rowers, Hand-stand push-ups, pull-ups, squats, a lot of jumping - Rope and Boxes, medicine ball work. The target market are late teen thru 40 somethings!!!
