I tried to sell the client on some of your amazing logos, and he considered them, but insists that his final logo include the image of the corner of the deck I uploaded. All final submissions need to include that image, like #19, #33, #56, and #64.
The client has required thAt the final logo include the image of the Corner of the deck that I uploaded. I tried. Please send me creative ideas based on that image. Cj
I showed all of the finalists' designs to the client, and as I thought, he wants something like the ones The Great has been making - like his original "logo."
I appreciate all the terrific designs you all have produced.
Here are hundreds of photos of wooden decks just to help everyone understand the kinds of things the client works on.
He doesn't build or repair the decks. But every 2-3 years, they need to be cleaned up, re-stained and coated with sealant to preserve them. That's what his company does.

I just uploaded a new file showing how the client is using a variation of their log in their print yellow pages advertising for reference.
I like the ideas I'm seeing. But the client is a guy who works everyday power washing decks and then staining/sealing them with a team of workers. Try being more literal. I'll show him these ideas and get you more feedback tomorrow.
I'm prepared to end this contest very early if we get something great.
