Urban Edge is a fitness-training program that combines running with bootcamp style interval training. It encourages people to get out of the gym and out of their ordinary workout routine.
Sessions are run outside in a group and leverage the city’s surroundings to perform various exercises. Each session is led by an energetic, upbeat, and inspirational trainer that motivates participants throughout the hour-long session.
No external equipment is necessary – each session leverage the urban jungle around us to be our playground and training terrain.
