Congratulations ironmike. What we particulalry like in this design is that it is both a professional look, with the human illustrative twist to it. The text balloons - explored by many - were very interestingly crossed, which we associate with discussions on the different directions the future might take, where cross sections of views help further the understanding of the discussion. The two people in the design give it a human element. Also, the balance between text and picture is correct, creating an icon that can stand alone and that can be used with the text. We can tell equally powerful things for the other 3 designs that stood out, but in the end ironmike won. Thank you all and congratulations to ironmike.

The 4 that stand out for us are pixeling's #351, dream43's #315, ironmike's #398 and mitesh's #237. Other great entries that we'd like to acknowledge where #102, #209, #305 and #416.

We had our team of 13 people discuss, rate and rank the designs, and eventually we adopted the ever so far democratic process of collecting everyone's top 3 (selected from the approx 30 5-stars that we had given in our pre-ranking). This resulted in 4 designs that clearly stood out for all, where it was important for us that they send a message, were clear, strong and original, and had an artistic twist to them.

Dear all, a BIG thank you from our side. Your creativity seemed endless, and we have tremendously enjoyed working with you all. We have wanted to be fair to everyone, and have tried to give everyone constructive feedback on the first entries within 8 hours. Many of you managed to surprise us, some very nicely turned around after a not so promising first entry, others baffled us with a great fresh direction in their first entry, when you think you've seen it all. So well done, big applause to you all...
