It means that Amelya can helps its target (small enterprises and professionals) releasing them from some tasks (such as secreatarial services, accounting, etc.) wich are expensive, heavy, tedious or unapproachable.
please do not take offense as I am just making an observation, but "Amelya Makes Easier and Lighter Your Activity", while i realize is the acronym written out, but saying it out loud, it sounds like something that has been poorly translated from another language to English. Can you better explain what the tagline means?
