Mixing the overall concept of #9 with a bull similar to #19 would be great. In fact, that would likely end the contest. While I love the concept and feel of #9 it's a bit on the cartoonish side.
The bulls in most of them focus on the horns which isn't exactly what we are going for. The kind of bull in #19 is a more modern type of bucking bull.
#9 is my favorite in terms of the overal logo.
I like to feel of the bull in #19 but not the "Web 2.0 blue"
