Design brief

Brief Overview

The "Patient Pad" is a hardware and software solution from Digital Assent. Our company was founded with the simple goal of making the “patient clipboard” a thing of the past. The "Patient-Pad" simplifies the gathering of patient information by automating the patient intake process. Patients can register online in advance of their visit or use a portable touch screen tablet to check in with their healthcare provider at the point of care, verify insurance eligibility, and sign any required consent forms.

Target Audience

We have two main target audiences: (a) healthcare providers (doctors / physician groups / hospitals), and (b) patients who use the "Patient Pad" to check-in with their doctor and then subsequently visit our website (www.patient-pad.com, which will be designed once we have a logo and branding) to manage their patient record online and share their patient information with other doctors.

Requirements

We want the logo and branding to be clean and professional, with a "mark" that is distinctive and can stand alone without the "Patient Pad" name next to it. Please feel free to experiment with colors!

We will require the original vector art (ex: .ai, .eps, .svg). We can create our own GIFs, JPGs, PNGs, etc. Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
