Thank you all so much for all your continued designs! I met with the rest of the team and here was the feedback they had:

They wanted to see more of an urban feel to the design maybe like spray paint background or tattered, worn feel like #12, #15 and #17 but still the professional side to it.

Blue Note Album Covers - if you 'google' this for images you will see the colors that we would like to see in designs

Maybe a skyline that fades from dark to light to show the "turnaround" part without actually having a circle or something like that.

Color fade from dark to light in the lettering perhaps.

These were all suggestions offered up by the team and hopefully this will give you some direction for your creative juices to flow!
