We are Barcelona Sky Management, Ltd. ( Spain )
We create all sorts of companies or ltd for selling. This activity is not boring! We are not "sharks's lawyers " of the movies!
We like to think we are the architects of the legal structure of a company with the good work of our client will become an incredible building. Or that we are the gardener who is sowing seeds that our customer buys the plant germination and he will work as a result of a plant, a flower or a beautiful tree. We really need your creative spirit!
Ultimately our job is to minimize the legal deadliness and boring involving the constitution of a company in Spain and make available to the client a list of companies where he will only have to choose the name.
Sky Bcn Management Ltd has to be synonymous with a legal service that strictly complies with the law, security, speed, urgency, and effectiveness of work done without errors.
Thus, our team makes the dreams of our clients who are bold and innovative people, and gives them the appropriate and necessary tool for their needs. So our customers can start their own business without loosing time on bureaucracy .
This means for the customer who buys one of our companies can start work and bill immediately. Only work and don't loose his precious time.

For us, every need has to find a personal satisfaction. And every case is so particular.
Both individuals who want to start their own business, and expansion stage companies, or lawyers from other legal branches that bring the hand of their own costumers ( 2 previous cases ).
Through our web both Spanish and people around the world seek our services. We use media (web, internet, skype, etc) that allow us to reduce geographical distances within our borders as well as outside.
We are and we have to remain just as accessible for the neophyte to the expert. We do well what we do but we must be accessible and understood by all.
We would like to find the designer that will reward SBM with the "LOGO" truly represent us.
The tree that represents us at the moment is not fully satisfactory but we have to be different.
We want a logo: modern, original, consistent with the seriousness of our legal work.
We invite you to visit our website despite being in Spanish only. Since we can communicate with our customers in various languages of the next developments will include in our new web information in English, French, Spanish and Catalan
For now contains a tree with our initials (SBM). The trunk of the tree is the basis for the letter B. It is necessary to preserve the tree, but we like to keep the chosen green (Pantone 3285) and is caught gray (Pantone Cool Gray 10), unless ... We are ready to listen and let us impress!
As you can see and no wonder the web is not the logo either. But we are working on a new web: best in all aspects!
