It is a logo, it spells out the name "Web Design" and the TM is included in a creative fashion.

It is clean and the "TM" is somehow part of the logo. Unfortunately though, it does not spell out "Web Design" in the logo.

skipintro - for my entry #3, i was inspired by your first entry that pranel mentioned that they liked, so if you think it is too much like your idea, i'll gladly remove it from the runnings - i don't want to cause any issues at all...let me know what you think...

All feedback has been left. Please notice how "skipintro"'s logo design has the TM incorporated with the rest of the logo - not just stuck on. That is more of what I am looking for.
There is no law which states that a designer can or cannot add a "TM" to their creative designs. You have nothing to worry about. I would be happy to do internet transfer as long as you can cover all fees. Thank you.
