    that's alright, I just went with what the client preferred, personally I liked my other 3 striped design better. And your logo
    was very good as well, I am sure you will have it picked up! Keep it up!

    not to sound too much like a sore loser, but that winning entry reads "E3" not EM, not to mention there's tons of logos out there that use the same E3 symbol...but of course the client goes with the unoriginal, nothing new around here.

    The Statue of Liberty is public domain. There are countless American logos that utilize the image.

    @human06,

    I doubt you can use the statue of liberty in your logo, that image has copyrights. Also, 99designs doesn't allow the use of traced or clipart graphics.
