Thank you all for the great entries. It was truly tough to choose a winner. There were so many professional choices. I ended up choosing a top 5 and my partner chose the eventual winner. I hope to work with many of you again on new projects shortly.

The designer should provide one along with his artwork.
The FAQ states....
We recommend getting a signed contract from the designer, assigning copyright to you, before issuing payment. We also recommend that the designer, in writing, warrants the originality of the artwork.
Does anyone know where to get a standard contract for this?
Elaborate more on service...
Basically this service will provide learning for patients inside the doctor's office that explains their diagnosis in more detail. For example, if the doctor says you have high cholestrol it'll explain what that means, and the consequences.

Can we try a few designs without the cross? I am also concerned that the heart logos (which I like) would imply cardiovascular. We are working on training for all areas. One of the ideas was to have some kind of star to convey intelligence. One of the accent colors that could be interesting is Saffron (RGB 244, 196, 48)
