One other thought...I am currently using a logo that has University Roman (I think) small caps for the name of the practice with an eye logo on top. I can e-mail it to anyone who is interested in it. What I don't like about it is that the font looks very elegant but ends up being very thin and a little difficult to read and the icon (an eye made with thin vertical lines) never seems to fit in well and looks like an afterthought. I'm not sure if this helps, and I don't want it to disrupt the creativity that I have been so impressed with so far, but if this clarifies what I like I'd be more than willing to forward it to you.

Oops! My apologies to all that I gave stars only to. I actually did write feedback for many of them, but the web site did not record it when I went to the next entry. I have gone back in and re-written some of them and remembered to press the "submit feedback" button this time :)

Some general pointers for all: Tallahassee is the name of the city so it doesn't necessarily need to be emphasized by itself. I'd like for the "eye Center" part to be fairly obvious also. I'd also like for the icon to be incorporated into the entire logo rather than stuck on at the top or side. My practice is an upscale office offering all types of eye care as well as glasses and contacts. I'd like a rich, elegant look to the logo or something with a very clean look. We are an Old South kind of town (think old oak trees, magnolias, dogwoods, etc) and our office has a sophisticated look (dark wood furnishings, wainscoting, grape vines, etc). I'd like for the logo to make our office look like an upper end eye doctor's office that caters to the professional clientele - perhaps some rich colors like dark blue or burgundy or metallic golds. I'd also like it to be fairly obvious with a quick glance that we are eye doctors, but we don't necessarily need to have an eye as part of the logo.

I hope this helps a bit and appreciate all the entries so far. Thank you so much!

Feedback would be better than stars. ;)
