As far as folks like Ulahts and Arpad, they do that sort of stuff in every contest. They truly feel as if they are the contest holder. If they aren't in the top 3 or 4, they feel as if the contest holder has no clue.

EVERYBODY needs to stop critiquing other designers work. Leave that for the CH to decide.

To Mr. Ulaths, I am one of those designers whom you are referring to. I got the good rating because I know what Im doing. Thats all.... peace.....

I dont claim to be a professional. I'm an amateur, and i love these contests because they help me gain a lot of skill... but I do find it sad that people act so unprofessional on these boards sometimes. There's no need to drag personal feelings into a professional atmosphere like this. You should simply PM the user or CH.

And this goes for designers as well as CHs. I for one wont be entering this contest based simply on the fact that after reading all of these comments it seems that both are very immature.

Im only 23, ive been doing graphics all my life, but for money, only about a year. I've been very upset by the way that my designs have been rated on multiple occasions. But what's the point of getting upset and crying about it to a bunch of your colleagues/opponents... Or even to the Contest holder, for that matter.

There's no room for sympathy in a combat situation, which is what these contests are.

As for these people making multiple usernames/accts, ect. that's just pathetic, and in my opinion you should be firewalled from the site. A true designer takes the criticism and grows. I've learned so much from doing contests about my own abilities and creative design.

I dont know, maybe i'm rambling but all of these posts seem utterly unprofessional and quite pathetic. There should be a forum for these types of issues, and if there is, you people should start using them.

I Think a lot of the designer should know that if they enter 10 contest, they should at least win one, otherwise, their skill is not up to the level yet. design skill not illustration skill.

Achu Art, VivaDesign, JLM, hareesh digi and some other guy who's name starts with a Q (i forget what it is) do this in every contest. one of them enters the contest and asks for feedback, then the other ones go nuts talking about how great it is. they've been caught messing up and responding with the wrong account as well. just a way to make the CH think their design is awesome if all these other "random" designers are saying how great it is. it actually worked once: http://99designs.com/contests/15539. 99designs has become really unprofessional lately with all the alter egos, copy/paste people, rippers, and stock pack users. shame really.

can i raise my hand? :) well that four square logo is one of the riches logo in the world.. im not gonna put a comment on that... one of the best music editor and a digital music composer used a banana feel for thier logo.. and bout that fedex.. i know coz i made that logo... jk... :))
