Hey Bob - get a life.
I'm not sure why you think that I am conducting this via PM or email because I am not.
In case you haven't realized, there is a holiday going on here in the U.S. and by just any small possibility, that someone (like me) may have been travelling yesterday and not near a computer.
Hmmmm.
With all due respect to you and your clients,
the contest is over and you ether choose
a winner or not but you need to post the winner
on here and not conduct the contest on PM
or Email as that is against the rules of this forum.
Today is Thursday and is 2 days past the contest
deadline so in the better interest of all the entries
here you post a winner or close this as it now
appears to be abandoned.

I have narrowed the field of possible logos down to my clients top choices and they will be meeting tomorrow to make a final decision.
Shortly, I will be posting my clients top logos for everyone so that each of you know where they stand.
They are planning on meeting tomorrow (Tuesday) to choose the winner.

I am waiting on SitePoint to reopen this contest - I am unable to provide feedback to one person via the contest system.
Once SitePoint has taken care of this - the contest will be reopened to updates/new entries.

I have passed all the new logos and updated ones along to the client - thank you for the entries.
More entries are certainly welcome as the client has not chosen a logo yet, but I would hurry if you are thinking of entering, she will be making a choice soon, I'm sure.
My client is very, very impressed with the work she has been presented - kudos to each of you!
chris318 #1 - I really like this submission. The actual lighthouse graphic is awesome! I don't care much for the typeface, but I guess that's up to the contest holder's client. My advice would be to try out a horizontal design (lighthouse to the left, text to the right).

My client is tending to like the logos that have more sopisticated looks to them, especially in the font choice.
Also, if you are choosing to make updates to your entry, please be sure to include the 'Inc.' on the end as it is something that has to be there according to the client.

I had considered joining the competition until I read that there may not be a winner declared in the contest. Sorry, but I've had too many sour experiences with this sort of thing. Just my personal opinion.
