@adiguna: Thanks for approving me that you not copying anymore like what you did before. Let's race at another contest again!
As you can see I have picked the winner. There have been many very good designs but I had to choose only one. In this design I especially like the color combination and how the pieces fit together. Even though the graphics isn’t a thin band as in the original sketch, you can see a 180 degree twist, so in a sense it is a Mobius band. Thanks to you all for your contributions.
I'll choose the winner today.
Are you saying then, that you are not particular anymore if the logo is no longer a band -- all it has to be is a triangle.
Yes, I started to question whether I should be this rigid. Once you don't have an actual band anymore, the way this "thing" folds doesn't seem as important. Plus symmetry becomes possible...
"Also keep in mind that the way the band folds should be the same as the original." -PeterS
But, you gave five stars to #114 and #115 which is not the way the original band folds. So, are you saying now that this statement isn't anymore true?

Regarding my last comment, dark red might help the red-white combination work better, or another variation of red.
Leaving black from the red-black-white combination makes it look kind of weak, especially white on red.
Combining the icon and the words in a "compact" way seems to be a challenge. Putting the words on the band makes them too small to read. Also keep in mind that the way the band folds should be the same as the original.
