Design brief

Brief Overview

We are a site where groups can create custom designed products. This project is to design a character logo (3 meerkats, no text) to be used on a 2 color patch that can be placed on a shirt, shorts, a bag ... We are focused on timeless, great design. We look at vintage italian bicycle jerseys for design inspiration. The image should be confident and more serious than cartoony.

Target Audience

Our key audience is sporty, stylish women in the young mom's category (22-35). The image must also be acceptable to successful, athletic men (30-50).

Requirements

We are looking for an image of either one or a group of three meerkats. If you use three, have them looking in different directions.

Colors:
Orange: Pantone 56-1 C or CMYK 0,80,100,0
Grey: Process Black 75% for larger areas, 50% for smaller

The patch must be able to be reproduced in stitching at 1 1/2" tall x 1 12" wide.

There should be a border, but the patch can be square, round, oval or rectangular.
