Great works, about to submit mine... just wanted to help fellow desingers our - spell check people.... Brief says "Developments" (no 'e' after 'p' and 's' plural)

The word Holt is to be the logo
    Tagline is Developments
    Contemporary, clean, simple sophisticated design
No colour preference, open to suggestions

    Good Luck to us all!

Nice work on #4. I love the versions with windows. Have you tried with Holt in all caps?
