Hispanic Education Coalition
The Hispanic Education Coalition (HEC) unites 26 organizations dedicated to improving educational opportunities for the 55 million Latinos living in the United States and Puerto Rico. The HEC advocates for education policy and legislation that addresses the educational needs of Hispanics and English language learners.

We would definitely like to include children in the logo and communicate education as the purpose of the organization. Must include the words "Hispanic Education Colation," but we would like to see some logos with the initials as well. Needs to have blue and a second color which could be red, yellow or grey. A lot of the correspondence will go to Members of Congress and policy makers.
