Healthy Highlanders is a program funded by the Australian Government to help reduce the prevalence of overweight and obesity by encouraging residents of Guyra Shire to participate in physical activity and healthy eating programs. The programs are targeted at residents over the age of 18.

Healthy Highlanders is primarily a physical activity program with a strong emphasis on nutrition and healthy eating. Council is looking for a logo that will be easily recognizable and embraced by the community (both indigenous and non indigenous residents).
