The concept wil l be serving fast, fresh, and healthy mediterranean food such as falafel and Kebabs in fresh pita with an assortment of healthy salad toppings. All food is fresh and prepared on site. Some example of successful fast casual restaurants would be Moe's Southwest Grill, Chipotle's, and Panera Bread.
