In contract law, mutual assent is required in order to have a valid contract between two parties. Digital Assent provides an interactive selling and electronic contracting system that automates the presentation, disclosure and execution of legally binding contracts for the lending, insurance, and healthcare markets.
Our first target market is the healthcare market. We will be selling a hardware and software solution called the "Patient-Pad" that replaces the "patient clipboard" with a portable wireless tablet solution for things like patient check in and electronic consents.
However, we will also be licensing our solution to the banking, insurance, and various other non-healthcare markets, so we are NOT looking for anything that has a specific medical focus.
Digital Assent
At the risk of using too many buzzwords, we want to be seen as an innovative software products company that is coming to market with a market-changing technology. Our target audience will be potential investors, business partners, and large corporate customers. Smaller customers and end users of our technology will likely be more interested in our market-specific branding and website (ie: a "Patient Pad" specific website for our healthcare solution.
We want the logo and branding to be clean and professional, with a "mark" that is distinctive and can stand alone without the "Digital Assent" name next to it. Incorporating abstracted versions of a "D" and an "A" may help accomplish this goal, but we are open to all suggestions / possibilities.
Please feel free to experiment with colors! Attached are a couple of rough ideas that we came up with ourselves as well as some Deviant Art examples we found on Google that we really like. We are hoping these may help provide some guidance / inspiration.
We will require the original vector art (ex: .ai, .eps, .svg). We can create our own GIFs, JPGs, PNGs, etc.
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
