Congrats to Grafixsphere and all the other contestants.... I've certainly been impressed by the talent on here. It wasn't easy picking between so many excellent entries..

Thank you everyone for participating in the competition. A lot of effort went into the entries. I've been really impressed. Now the hard part begins (picking a winner). I'm currently discussing the top picks now with my colleagues and will probably have a winner for you next week out of one of the 10 designs that I've recently upgraded to 5 stars. Stay posted, and thanks again.
Ryanc... you and fitgeek should be banned from the site.... your 327 and 329 was an exact copy of the Google Earth logo. It's an insult to all the other real designers here who are trying to come up with something creative. Guys please tell me if you see any other obvious copying ...
Fitgeek shame on you... you copied that logo from another Digital Earth. Was far too complicated anyway. Let's keep the copying to the minimum...
Home stretch guys... remember my last advice... no blue globes... and try to keep the font simple... at the very least all capital or all lower case ..... and all the same font for the same work etc...

Hi guys... some great designs so far...
One general point... for the people who have Globe inspired designs out there can we experiment with other colors... greens, grays, orange, red, whatever... just not the shade of blue you'd find on ATT's or IHS.com 's logo... Apparently it gives one of my co-founders flashbacks.. haha. Thanks.
