so if you don't like gradient... it means we cannot use highlight, shadow for colour shading? even for emboss and bevel needs colour gradient... is it true like that? thanks
Just a general update about some things I've seen from the entires so far:
I don't want .com in the logo, just the word SiteMart or sitemart
Also I don't like reflections or gradients, and like thicker fonts more than skinny ones.
A lot of people have been using @ symbols which I haven't been too crazy about. I've liked the idea of a shopping cart.
Basically the site will be a place that will list lots of websites that are for sale from all over the web. The site will collect many statistics about each site, allowing people to compare or rank/search through sites by a number of metrics. People will also be able to list their site for sale. I thought a little more detail about the site may help spark some more ideas.

slyfox, I guess I meant more the font and colors when I said web 2.0, I don't really like gradients. Sorry for any confusion.
