Congratulations, ulahts!!! Your designs were consistently rated at the top of our pool. The additional execution and development of the logo concept(s) set your entry over the finish line.

Close runners up in this contest were webxstudio and designeed. These designs also caught the eye of our team and our focus groups. This was such a close contest that we also need to give honorable mention to designabot and haetro. Both of these designers did an incredible job and were great to work with as well.

All of you did a great job submitted ideas and making revisions. With over 90 entries, we had to make some very tough decisions. We thank you for your time and ideas during this process.

    Regards,
    The Civic Path Team.

ArrGee - We're looking for clean, vector based styles that employ some of the current trends in web design. This includes the use of gradients, reflection, 3d effects, 'shiny', and specific color choices and combinations. Art is not an exact science - it's a bit like you'll know it when you see it.

No design will get a 5 star at this point. The 3's and 4' are examples of designs that fit our criteria. As the contest wraps up, we will re-evaluate the 4's and some 3's and make our top 3-5 choices (these will then be changed to 5 stars). We'll take those 5 star designs and run them past a focus group.

1's and 2's are also good designs, just not what we're looking for on this project. This may be due to the concept, colors, or overall presentation. I will respond to you privately on your design examples. There have been several great designs that got lower start ratings due to our criteria for this project.

maybe you can explain more on SaaS because google and the brief isn't helping much.

You are doing Software as a Service?
