just as an update i have updated the brief, The winning logo will need to be in a vector format
You can have more then one winner, need to read the faq page of 99designs.

;) It's ok! I hate when that stuff happens too...I actually had somebody cut a piece of one of my logos off and paste it to their design in a previous contest, so I can understand how it feels
