A have won several contest here and it's true that some of the contest holders simply go away but it's also true that there is a lot of crappy entries. I mean a LOT.
So basically this place provides an excelent oportunity to rooky designers to practice and have fun, even to gain some money.
I have waste my time many times on contest that never had a winner, I'd never complain.
But if there is some really good designer that thinks that he is wasting his time here, then maybe it's time to move foraward and show his spectacular portfolio to someone else, so there is room for the new ones.
I think my friend that you are none of those gifted designer and you are just frustrated. If you are, do as I said and go rain on someone else parade. Nobody force you to enter this contest and nobody promises you to win. If you think this is a waste of time, what are you doing here? It would be great if the contest had a sure winner, but I think that thank's to that there are so many contest.
