As I'm a newbie to Sitepoint and this is my very first contest I am sorry if the heading was not clear to you.
I've reviewed many contests over the past few weeks with contest holders acting as agent on behalf of the end customer and I don't remember seeing any such headings being posted.

Please enlighten me if I am missing something here.

Note - even though the customer has shortlisted the two designers above, there is one other partner who will be reviewing the other designs either tonight or tomorrow morning. So, this contest is still not over and I will be quick to notify any other contestants should their designs be short-listed.

NOTICE - FURTHER UPDATE TO DESIGN BRIEF REQUIREMENTS

Sorry guys, I promise this will be the last customer change I will allow during this contest. So here it is...

New Logo formats required:

1) Fine & Deo text with FD graphic
2) same a 1) but with "Barristers and Solicitors" - interchangeable with "Condominium Law Experts"
3) same as 1) & 2) but with www.finedeo.com

Why the change? The customer is questioning if using "Barristers and Solicitors" is Old School - the partners are meeting on Monday to discuss this issue but would like the design creativity to continue and will be decided on which way to go once they see your designs. They are also contacting the Law Society of Upper Canada on official ruling to allow them to use Condominium Law Experts

Again, I'm going to fight hard not to allow any further changes.
I am very thankful so many of you have entered this contest. The professionalism and creativity in design has been really impressive.

NOTICE - FOR DESIGNERS INTERESTED IN SHOWING HOW THEIR DESIGNS WOULD WORK IN PRINT.

Hey Guys - I've been informed that the customer will also be considering how your designs will look in their future corporate print material. So maybe some of you like the opportunity to present your designs in a different medium? Here are some suggestions:
- Business Card
- Company Letterhead, and
- Company Newsletters (via printed mail and electronically in email)

NOTE - this contest was NOT initially requiring print designs for print material but I have asked the customer to let us see what we can come up with to show her. Should this content lead to interest in your print designs, we will be open to negotiating a fair price for your PSD/AI files.

NOTICE - Update to Design Brief

After speaking further with our customer, I realized that my design brief was a little confusing in terms of the logo with and without the website address. So I hope the following is clearer for all contestants:

Consider two versions in your designs:

1) for online use, and
2) for print.

Online Advertising Version (as sponsors) need to incorporate website address similar to the Royal Grande Logo (see logo in conference link - http://www.condoconference.ca/SPONS…fault.asp)
Print/Website Version logo but NO website address - to be used on new corporate website and for their new business cards, letterhead and firm newsletters + any other print material.

NOTE - I can see the two versions interchangeable on the same medium. For example, their newsletters can be printed as a direct mailer and/or also sent electronically and I can see both versions working equally well.
