WE are in the process of launching a company that  greens small commercial buildings.  We will be the resource for providing the team of experts to get this done.  We have a renowned team of professional greeners and we are using the story of the greening as a marketing tool for the building.  our target audience is property/building managers who do not necessarily value the idea of becoming green.  It is profitable (puts them in the black) and attracts

viable tenants who support the planet.
