my apologies for not coming through with a winner announcement when i claimed that i would. work has been highly busy and we were just unable to work this out until now. a winner has been chosen and will be contacted. i'd like to encourage the other users that have entries on this contest to consider keeping the files for about a week as we may be interested in additional entries already submitted.

this idea may or may not become a reality, however i CAN say that there were MANY entries that were selected and sadly, we had to pick just one for this period. if you feel like it, feel free to hang on to the files for about a week or so... and if we are interested, we will contact you. if you do not hear from us outside of the month, feel free to delete your files, etc.

again, thank you ALL very much for the efforts put forward in this contest. this site and its users/designers have FAR EXCEEDED our expectations and, believe it or not, we have investigated profiles for additional projects in the future.

I would like to make the designers aware that feedback will be left Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of next week. Please do not hesitate to continue to send designs.

first allow me to show appreciation to those who have entered already. the designs are very interesting and i am quite excited about what i'm seeing so far. thank you.

i want to point out that we are specifically looking for a symbol/icon/logo image to use for various purposes. it is not necessary to put the shop name into the design unless you feel the design requires it (or just feel more comfortable displaying the shop name).

we are looking for a creative, artistic play on the fleur de lis that may be applicable or desireable to a florist. i hope this helps.

secondly, the contest is the full 10 days due to the fact that the decision is not based on a single excutive choice. the designs are reviewed by several individuals collaborating on the project and require the full length of time.

with this said, i'd like to point out that feedback will begin shortly. if you feel that the contest is too long to wait, perhaps the option to pull your design is available. we want to support and work with individuals that are willing to work with us.
