@Chrissa-i don't understand?I know the rules...there is nothing that cans top the CH to deduct the fees
from the price in Western Union case. We all know what issues were in the past with WU.
I hope everyone gets feedback. I for one waits for feedback before making further updates...

* Taking or using a submitted design without awarding a prize.
* Leaving a contest idle for 7 days or more. If you do so, your contest will be considered abandoned.
* Running the same contest at 99designs and some other site simultaneously.
* Starting any naming contest, for example, to come up with a name for your company, pet or first born.
* Starting a contest for programming services/code.
* Starting a contest that requires copywriting, taglines or slogans.

I find it pretty apropriate regarding the WesternUnion so, yes it is allowed.
Feedback is not mandatory but it is strongly encouraged.
