Honesty and ethically represent homeowners and buyers in the purchase/sale of real estate.

The Logo will be used for my Real Estate Business. Would show on Home For Sale signs you would see in your neighborhood along with business cards, stationary, web down the road. My biggest concern would be the logo has to look nice/visible on those large Home For Sale signs from far away, looking for something very clean there are a lot of great designers here on this site.
I'm open to different design ideas but here's a couple would be good to be incorporated:
1) One idea I have is to have a wave some way incorporated into the logo in a subtle way nothing overwhelming
2) Another idea would be old Spanish theme design may be nice as well. Think Spanish Tile... "Costa San Diego" Translates to Coast San Diego in Spanish.
3) The outline of House incorporated into logo would also be nice.
