Call Center launching a new product and needs a logo to complement their official logo.
We need to close the contest Wednesday, so quick response is appreciated!

After a successful web design contest at 99designs.com for this client we now need some logo work done for a new product they are launching soon. (Previous contest: http://99designs.com/contests/6109)
This contest should not be that hard because the new logo will be reusing the clients existing logo and extend it. Check out www.call4u.se to see the logo and the site where it will be used.
The new logo will be an add on to the existing logo. Look at this image for an illustration on how to work with the existing logo:

We need two versions of the logo, one where the small bottom area is used and one where the right side area is used. (The smaller will be used for documents, letters and the other mainly for the web site)
The new product is called "Response" and is a service where the call center takes your call when you are busy. Companies connect themselves to the service and the Call Center takes care of phone calls when they are busy. They can take messages, connect phone calls to other coworkers, inform why the person can't take the call and lots more.
Because the existing logo has some graphics the new logo might don't need extra graphics, but ideas are more than welcome. You are allowed to move the three "sound waves" to the right if you think that will look better to insert the word "Response" between the word Call4u and the graphics.
