Design a logo and business card for construction company. Logo and design will also be used on company trucks, vans, trailers, signs, and shirts.
Artisan Builders Inc.
The company is a small construction company that focuses on details and quality of work in a small community of very high end homes. We specialize in hardwood stairs, cabinets, and other high end finish products, but these items are usually part of a whole job remodel project. I want to convey a sense of pride and craftsmanship in remodeling historic homes. Maybe even hinting that we are like the meticulous craftsman of the early 1900s that built most of the homes we work on. I am drawn to the idea of an old block plane and have used that as part of my logo before but another contractor in town also uses that concept and i don't want to limit anyone. I am open to new ideas so show me what you got!
I want to see a logo incorporated into a business card format with all the necessary information listed below. I want the card to have the company name. If there is room we could use the phrase "Quality detail oriented craftsmanship" or something similar. Also "Licensed and insured" followed by license # below.
