The different colour per letter is a bit too much.
Please see design #18 for the right balance of maturity - although this design could use a little more colour, particularly on the splatter.
perhaps the cleaver can make up the 'p' in 'chop'
Designs are looking great. Please keep the logo in on one line.
If using insects, please use generic looking insects rather than characters.
I'd like to see the meat cleaver incorporated into the logo in some way.
I have removed the butcher character from the logo concept to get more entries
