Thanks again to everyone, we finally have a winner. The client decided that they wanted to go with a logo that they had originally ruled out, go figure! We appreciate all the hard work and great entries!
Hello again everyone!
I just wanted to sincerely apologize for the lenghty delay in announcing our winner. Even with continuous nudging, the client is deliberating...and deliberating...and deliberating. Never fear, though, we WILL annouce a winner, I just wanted to apologize that it is taking so much longer than I ever would have anticipated. Hang in there!
Just wanted to let everyone know that we haven't forgotten about the contest, the client is still reviewing all the entries. The choice between so many great ones has made it a hard decision! We'll keep you posted...
Thanks to everyone for some truly great entries. We've got a ton of amazing ones to consider! We've received so many that we are closing the contest while the client sorts through them and narrows their considerations down this week. We'll keep you posted as SOON as we know anything and hope to announce the winner as quickly as possible (but it probably will be later in the week).

sorry about that denise yvonne, I was basing it off of a pic of a bear in google image search, I wasn't expecting another entrant to have such a similar image. I withdrew the entry and made a new one.
Thanks for all of the entries so far. We've received some great submissions! After reviewing everything submmitted to date (entries through LogoB#2) the client has provided some addtional feedback and suggestions for what they are looking for (they never seem to know until they start seeing them, do they :)
1) Company Name: Bear Mountain Design should be very big and bold, then the full name should be included in a subordinated way.
2) Graphics: We prefer abstract shapes over literal images (such as of mountains or bears).
3) Simple is better than complex.
