Thanks everyone again for your entries - I got absolutely slammed with other things this week so I am behind on feedback... will still try to give feedback on designs if I'm able to come up with any.

Again, my next plan is to select the top few entries and get other opinions but I will do my best to make that a fast process so you can all have closure. :-)

I'm starting to see some cross-designer repetition which is probably difficult to avoid doing, but I will be keeping that in mind when I make my decision, so originality is key! (I wonder if a "blind" contest is actually easier for designers?? It would drive me crazy wondering what others submitted, but would also keep me from feeling tainted. Who knows...)

Also I'm probably going to be doing a lot more "eliminating" simply to make my choices easier - first round I will probably just eliminate all but one or so of my favorite designs from each designer. I'll probably eliminate down to 10 or so depending on how the end of the contest goes, and then will ask friends for opinions from that set after the contest ends. So don't feel bad - I've already eliminated at least one 5-star design that's just great but still not for me.

And again, thank you to everyone who enters! No matter who I choose, some good designs up there will ultimately have to get cut. I can only choose one...

I should add this is not DJ software... and headphones are not relevant.
