Really want to stick with the concept in attached files: an image that derives its inspiration from a chart showing increasing profits. Green seems like obvious color since the only good color to represent increasing profits on a chart is green. But we are open to seeing other options.

Wanting it to look "glassy" like has become popular.

Wanting different variations to consider with inspiration taken from the documents I've uploaded. Thinking it might be good to have the arrow look less like a Squid (maybe thinner and sleek and "speedy" looking).

Also, haven't seen a font we're wild about yet. Maybe different versions of fonts.

Most of our clients are babyboomer men that run very big and successful insurance agencies. So must have a level of maturity and sophistication to it.

Mostly will be used online . . . but might sometimes be used on apparel and signs.
