I never received payment, think twice before entering any of the CH contests.

I admit they were similar but i designed mine based on the brief and not based on what other designers had managed to upload before me, believe it if you'd like I'm not really going to lose any sleep over it. Like you said its 100 bucks. The reason I'm here is not mainly about the cash anyways, i enjoy what i do. Withdrawing your designs was completely your choice, to be frank i would have left it up there and it would have allowed for a bit of competition, after all that's what this is all about.

yes its an open comp as you say. I withdrew mine cos i wasnt happy with the way this particular comp was going - congrats man - i mean that sincerly. its like $100 - who cares. The reason why i withdrew is because my design submitted b4 yours (and at that point i didnt know you obviously was going to win) looked almost identical.. as if it was designed by the same person etc etc - you just used UC and dropped the glow, other ftom that, exact same layout. who cares theres earthquakes going on!
Copying? Anything to backup your claim? I can see over 9 designs from 9 different designers up above that have similar traits, some may be almost exactly the same as others but thats what you get when you have an open contest running like this, so many designers and 1 brief. If you have a problem then why not take it up with the admin or the ch or the designer in question, if you can't be bothered to, then just move onto the next contest, and may the best design win.
man some people need to get there own creativity, stop been greedy little money grabbers and stop copying other peoples work.
