Not a bad logo just not realy what you said in your Description
Logo needs to be funky and not have lemon (or any other pie!) as themain focus.

legendlogo- i think that is a great design however I would make the "lemon pie" a little larger on the font!

Welcome to sitepoint. The istockphotography image is just of a blank building. I designed the logo then just skewed it and put in on the blank building to give on idea of what it would look like. Since the istockphoto image is not used in the actual logo it's alright. The image can be viewed here if you don't understand what I'm saying:

:FAL: - doesn't your image come from istockphotography??? how is that different from using stock clipart or images???
