    Hi All

    Would like to congratulate Naradez on a fantastic concept!

    The creativity and talent i have seen has been outstanding - hopefully the feedback and constructive critiscism has been what you have been looking for. I did manage to give feedback to all but my fingers do hurt lol.

    As to the two runners up i will be sending them an PM shortly to give reasons as to why they have not won - you did make it really difficult for me, i must admit.

    Also thanks to you all for your continued hard work and creativity!!!

    i'm out! :) nice contest, tough competitors and some really awesome work. Personally, i think Naradez has the strongest option, but you never know. Goodluck to all 3 finalist and congrats to the winner! :)

    Ok guys and girls

    deadline is getting closer so i am aiming to narrow my shortlist down to, hopefully, 3 variations and then will review this with a planned meeting with other professionals to get some feedback and help me decide on the brand.

    So this means the ruthless cuts will be coming soon - as you can probably see that many of the shortlist logos are different so it is purely based on the following
    readability
    distinctintion
    is it unique
    creative look
    refinement
    brand potential
    adaptability
    and a few other elements

    People are more than welcome to add new entries until the very last day but will be condensing the shortlist from tomorrow

    I agree with you whole-heartedly and i believe some of the shortlisted was kept as i personally did love the concept but the brand does need to be legible and have that creative aspect.

    This is why i have given no more than 4stars to anyone until i review all the shortlisted logos and get my little clipboard out with the full check list lol.

    Some of the logos i have shortlisted simply on potential and some have worked out like k-twist and some simply haven't, sometimes i just see the potential where others don't.

    Personally I think an awful lot of the designs chosen would be interpreted wrongly by people unfamiliar with the brand name. I do not wish to name specific designs as I don't wish to damage anyone's chances but I feel you need to remember that the brand name needs to be read correctly and there's a risk that that will not be the case if you choose specific designs that you've shortlisted. You need to try and blend creativity with legibility and in my opinion only 3 of the shortlisted have been successful with this so far.

    I am glad you agree with some of my choices - just to elaborate some of the 'removed from consideration' entries doesn't necessarily mean they are ruled out i am just keeping it short to the more refined ones and awaiting iterations as supplied in individual feedback.

    Got to say in terms of creativity compared to the first day the standard is a lot higher from you all - hopefuly you agree.

    I was expecting around 50 entries for the whole contest and to have over 200 with 3 and half days left is amazing. Think you are doing it just to give me RSI lol

    I think you were right in putting k-twist's entries on the shortlist, I really enjoy them. I also think some of ilmargarit's new entries are very interesting.
