@Milionline - :) I think I saw some explanation of knighthead in Brief. I don't know if word 'knighthead' exists as a term in english, my language translation books doesn't give no equivalent to this.
No. Your design is great. I figured out the front of the ship. I just didn't know what the knighthead is in general.
Thanks Milionline. You don't understand knighthead in my work or in general? In my work these bars should be that part in front of a helmet that protects the face and can be opened. I just made my own vision of it and didn't made these eye holes or other stuff. It can be also interpreted as a front of a ship.

great work EMP. I kinda missed the point on this one. Couldn't really understand what the knighthead is.

Feedback would definitely be beneficial - if we know what direction you're interested in going we can make an effort to develop a design that suits you and your company.
some feedback would be very helpfull. Also,a lot of designers wait for the first round of feedback so you are not getting major number of entries, but with the theme and the price this could be a popular contest.
