#8 and #19 I like the best so far. Keep with Bank Gothic.
Number 8, 11, and 15 hold my attention the most. I think they are going in the right direction.
I'm not fond of the mirror imaged N. I like where you are going with it though in terms of incorporating the initial with the full name. I know I said I don't want it scripty and fancy, but this may be a little too much in the other direction.
