One more suggestion: Just keep everything as #13, make mountain a little tiny smaller, and fix the grey area, it doesn't match the whole pic, think about something nice instead of grey color. thanks...

We also like to have the overall feeling more Modern & innovative, so use 3-D and gradient of the words might help.
We also like to have a slight color variety to show warm feeling, and get the logo jump into people's eyes, while keeping the feeling of Reliability, Professionalism & Elegance.
A few more tips:
We are doing International Biz & Marketing consulting, including online / IT consulting, our audience are mainly business owners, entrepreneur, Executive, Sales & Marketing manager with Asian background, age range mainly from 38-55.
A few key words to summarize the feeling we like to have for the first impression of the logo: Global, Innovative/High Tech, Professional, Friendly, We can help you get things UP...
