I'm sorry we had to pull your designs, we weren't implying that you stole the images. However, our brief clearly states that we are looking for original art. After seeing multiple entries from you that were clearly not your original works, we had to make the call to pull the entries. While you are not the only one who used art that was not original, you were the only entrant who revised with more stock art instead of your own original work. And just so you know, your design was one of our top 3 choices until we found the same dogs you used plastered all over the internet. We were going to personally ask you to revise your first entry with original work, but then you put up yet another dog which we have seen all over the internet. We really liked your concept, but you didn't play by the rules of this contest. It would not have been fair to the other entrants to keep you in the runnings when everyone else who revised used their own original work. We had to keep our integrity on this one out of respect to others.

Dear all entrants,

We are glad to see so many entries so far, and we appreciate your hard work. There are a few designs on display we really like. We are not decided on any particular style yet, so we are not biased towards any looks. The moment we start to not like something, we will be letting you all know. Until then, this competition is still wide open to any concepts you all want to show.

I also want to take this time to address an issue that has come to our attention today. Our brief is very clear that all art is to be original, and that the winning artist must sign over all copyright ownership. So if you do not own the art you have submitted, please revise your work or remove the entry. We are going to be strict on this one, so please be honest and don't post stolen art. It is not fair to anyone when you steal, so don't do it. This is going up under general comments for an important reason, if you are one of the theives.......you are not alone.

To those who have posted original work, we appreciate it! If you see another entry with stolen art, please let us know so they do not ruin the contest for everyone.

I agree! If you would like to submit more than one concept, go ahead! No need to be shy about it! So far, we have really liked some of the designs we have seen. We are in no way leaning toward any particular concept. We are EXTREMELY OPEN TO ALL IDEAS at this point. It is still early in the contest, so there is still time. We hope to narrow down a winner quickly, but I think there are still some great entries to come into the game. We have our eyes and our minds open! Remember, keep it clean, elegant and trendy. And feel free to think outside of the cityscape concept.
