It was a very tough call. Thank you all for participating and congratulations to #29.
guess we have similar tastes, huh
those tikis are very nice l3fty.
oh, horace #37!
good contest, strong entries.
You've been terrific and there are aspects of every logo that fit the brief. I'll make the final decision by 8am US/EST tomorrow. Thank you!
Yeah! It was fun! :)
We should all thank the contest holder for his consistent feedback and holding such a fun contest! So thank you CH!!! Applause Applause.
Thank you all for doing such great work and your talents are truly amazing. Here are the top 5 contenders at this point:
- #9: simple, clean, playful
- #10: clarity, color and attitude
- #12: strong brand registration and bold color
- #20: same comments as #10 though I do miss the hair
- #22: very unique and stylized
#9, if you're up for it, would the same design work with sharper colors? #20, the hair gave them more attitude. Maybe it's just me who sees the devil horns so I'm going to get some input on this. I think they need hair.
Great work everyone. In the home stretch...
#19, 13fty: good to see the new work and the faces really pop. Think about a core spot for the design...one point where the eye would naturally gravitate to (example: one of the faces perhaps takes priority over the others). I'm looking for a focal point. Ok to lose the Indifferent expression if that fights this goal.
Reminders to all are that 1) this will be used with Flash Animation and 2)the logo has to make you smile while being a fresh, simple read.
Great stuff! Last Day and Good Luck.
Thanks. I'll post an updated version.
Thank you Minion Monitor!
RebeccaMH and bender, welcome to the contest and it's great to see your work. I'd shy away from the black as it makes an impression that's more serious than I'm looking for.
RebeccaMH, the colors are dynamic but the type is tough to read at a glance so maybe consider streamlining it for more simplicity.
Remember, the logo has to make you smile.
thanks...I'll change some things...I'll resubmit later tonight
All good and it's exciting to see such talent! #8, #10 and #12 are the front runners for reasons of clarity and style albeit the two different approaches.
Sketcher69, the horns need to go as some of my clients will see it as the devil (and I'm in a bible belt area).
Atrox, think about colors with punch and some treatment that connects the faces with the name.
Choosing the final will be harder than I had imagined.
I didn't call you anything. It was just an observation.
