For the record, I don't recycle designs that have won and transferred to the owner. So we can all just put a rest to that thought :)

(But seriously? I really am working on a big load of different projects, so that's why it's taking me so long for a few of them, LOL...)
Tropic just likes to be a show stoppper :D and ride off into the California sunset with the Herd.
I'm comin', I'm comin', LOL.
The only thing is that this will have more than 3 colors (though I'll try to reduce it to its bare essentials for those purposes) since you require a true/"real" illustration, and that's achieved with 4+ colors (well, unless you go completely one-color, i.e. black on white). I've got the work in progress uploaded on my blog..."private entries" are not cool though, so maybe you'll have to wait to see it? Either way, I'll get it in here before the deadline. :)

the name is "herdpower" as a single word, but i have no problem with them being split if the design orientation merits such a move as they read well either way.

That's in my sketch (the multiple horses), but you want the two words separate now? Like... "Herd Power"? It's no problem, I just want to make sure that that is the brand name (because you have "herdpower" in the brief). :)
just want to give this info:
the image of rearing horses (horses balanced on their rear legs) does not communicate what we're after. this posture is most often seen in a fighting or very threatened horse (or a coat of arms).
