CloseDesign brief
Our products can generally be consumed right from the container or used to create any number of great appetizer through dessert foods. Hillside Lane Farm is an idyllic 90 acre non-working farm (well our fields are used by a nearby organic farmer!) where food is celebrated and focal point for many social gatherings. With the storybook start at the local farmers market with friends to sell excess produce, we began developing products that are popular with locals and visitors alike. Family and friends have inspired us and been willing tasters for many years as we refined recipes and created new ones. All of our products use at least one local agricultural ingredient, such as cheese, maple, grains or fruits, and provide healthier preservative free snacking and eating alternatives.
There is additional information available on our website www.hillsidelane.com.
Hillside Lane, Fancy Free, Vermont Maple Passions, Maple Passions
Our audience is generally upscale and are food savvy. They can afford to purchase or splurge to enjoy our cheese spread line, infused fruit syrups, organic baking mixes, chocolate dessert sauces and condiments. The purity and uniqueness of our flavor combinations, use of healthier ingredients, and presentation are important to them.
Our target wholesale and distributor markets are private label (they will likely substitute the logo with their own, sorry); international buyers; natural foods stores, specialty stores, and gift basket/corporate accounts.
End consumers can also purchase directly from us through our website or our new outlet store in central Vermont.
Please visit our website www.hillsidelane.com to view our products. We own a number of brands, and market many others, but the logo we are looking for will be associated with condiment line (shelf stable natural cheese spreads and vegetable based condiments - glass tureen jar); our infused maple syrups (taller cylinder bottle); organic baking mixes (custom hex box 3 flavors); and dessert sauces (same tureen jar as cheese spreads).
Do not necessarily be influenced by the country appearance. We are updating packaging currently and are look forward with great anticipation in selecting our new logo!
The glass tureen jars will have a cardboard sleeve with circular shop on the top lid area. The hex boxes will stay the same shape, and the cylinder bottles will stay, but not the label.
We own the tradename for Fancy Free and have had some thoughts about a tag line perhaps incorporating the use of this or appropriate words to reflect the carefree consumption of our products and being free of nasty ingredients.
