Some ideas would be a brain(mind) that is shaped out of puzzle pieces and the pieces are a few different colors signifying different areas of the brain being lit up.

a fun one might be a little brain with legs and arms lifting barbells etc.

demographic is people over the age of 50, has to look fun on a poster,

about being staying sharp, regaining youth, empowering yourself, etc.
